Problem: How to remove password in Microsoft Word 2010?

Hello, is there a known solution for this problem? I am having the same issue. I have emailed a password protected Word document. I am currently using Word 2013 however have saved the document as a Word 2010 document. I can open the attachment directly from the email and use the password successfully however the recipient keeps getting an incorrect password message when they attempt to open it.  I have tested on another PC and get an incorrect password message however can email and open it successfully on my iPad. Now I want to get rid of the password. So please tell me how to remove password from Word 2010 and thank you very much.
